How do I book a grooming appointment?
Call us at (650) 988-9274. We book grooming by phone only, on purpose: Amanda likes to talk with every owner about their pet first. She'll ask about your pet's breed, size, coat and temperament, give you a price that fits your pet, and explain what to expect before the appointment. It's a personal consultation that online booking can't offer.

What's included with the self-service wash?
A raised tub with walk-up steps, natural shampoos and conditioners, brushes and combs, ear cleaner, towels, aprons, and pet dryers. Just bring your dog.
What should I bring?
Your dog on a leash, and maybe a few treats. We provide the supplies. Wear clothes you don't mind getting a little wet.
How long does a self-wash take?
It depends on your dog. Big or thick-coated dogs take longer to wash and dry, so plan extra time. Time limit policy / latest start time before closing.
Can I wash my cat or another pet?
Which pets are welcome in the self-wash (cats? others?) and which pets are groomed (cats? rabbit nail trims?). Give us a call at (650) 988-9274 and we'll be happy to help.
Do you do nail trims?
Yes, nail trims are available. Call (650) 988-9274 to check availability and pricing. Walk-in nail trims, or appointment only?
What are your hours?
Wednesday–Friday 10 am–5 pm, Saturday–Sunday 10 am–3 pm. Last wash one hour before closing. Closed Monday. Tuesday is grooming by appointment only. Hours may change on holidays, so call ahead if you're making a special trip.
Where are you, and where do I park?
We're at 1764 Miramonte Ave, Unit B, Mountain View, CA 94040, in the Blossom Valley shopping center. Parking is in the shopping center lot. Free parking? Map and directions.
Is the shop wheelchair accessible?
Yes. There's a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot.
